Having trained together in the local building industry, friends Ian Burfitt and Steve Garrett established Burfitt & Garrett Ltd in the early 1980s, with the aim of providing a high-quality, personalised local building service.
Today, the team has grown to over 40 tradesmen and we have earned a reputation for our reliable, efficient and personal building services.
As the company grew onsite, Linda Fitz-Johnson took on the role of Finance Manager, Tim Venton joined as Estimator/Surveyor, and Peter Crosse as Contracts Manager. Since then, Louis Garrett has joined the team as Estimator/Surveyor. Our Admin team of Dawn Crosse - Accounts Manager and Administrators Jasmin Burrow, Sophie Blick and Stella Jakeman are on hand to answer any queries that you may have.
Many members of our team have been with us for over a decade and students of our apprenticeship schemes tend to stay with us after they qualify.
