The project was not an easy task, because of the lack of accessibility, the fragile state of the ceiling and the difficulties posed by fitting three very heavy steel beams within a confined and awkward space. However your staff rose splendidly to the challenge and I have nothing but praise for their professional skills, frequently their innovative solution to problems which arose, and the high standards of workmanship throughout the job.
May I also thank you, Steve, personally for being so attentive and thorough: I always felt that any query – no matter how small! – would receive your wholehearted attention, and the response would be swift and accurate: very reassuring, as we face the unpleasant prospect of the landing ceiling collapsing under the strain of the work on the roof!
